Different countries have different requirements for beverage information that is printed on the label. Most manufacturers throughout the world are required to inform the customers about the location of the producer, date of bottling, alcohol degree and universal product code (the barcode).
In the United States, The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau requires that all beverage labels contain information required by law.
